Our record in achieving rent collection targets is outstanding, collecting 95% - 100% of rents and service charges within seven days of quarter day on a varied and mixed portfolio.
We have an experienced client account team of 15, headed by a property experienced Chartered Accountant. This team offers a flexible and pro-active approach for clients and has a proven track record of improving portfolio accounting performance.
Reporting is an essential part of the role - we adhere to strict timetables, offering our clients bespoke reports and real-time reporting on your assets.
We comply with the RICS Code of Service Charge Practice and issue budgets for approval two months before the commencement of the year, and regularly finalise accounts within three months of the year-end, thereby exceeding the requirements of the Code of Practice.
