GBR Phoenix Beard’s team have been involved in a number of charitable causes in 2013. Martin Horswood joined the MEPC Chineham Park cycle team to participate in British Heart Foundation London to Brighton Bike Ride on Sunday 17th June 2013. Over 28,000 cyclists took part in the 54 mile trip.

GBR Phoenix Beard has made two senior appointments to its London operations. Martin Horswood joins as an Associate Director in the asset management team. Based in GBR Phoenix Beard’s London office, Martin joins with over 8 years asset management experience having worked for a number of high profile clients.

GBR Phoenix Beard has strengthened its Birmingham team with two new appointments and two promotions. Ian Wilton and Glenn Keilloh join the building consultancy team as Associate Director and Senior Building Surveyor respectively. Both will work primarily with GBR Phoenix Beard’s retained clients, principally involved in project management, project monitoring, dilapidations and contract administration for landlords and tenants.
