GBR Phoenix Beard's office agency team has been appointed by Hines Ballymore in respect of their flagship new Birmingham office scheme, Two Snowhill. Located immediately next to Snow Hill rail and Metro station, the building totals over 300,000 sqft and is currently under construction with practical completion scheduled for January 2013.
Global insurance brokers Lockton latest high profile letting at 45 Church Street
Lockton, the world’s largest privately-owned independent insurance broker, has taken a 10 year lease on offices of almost 7,000 sq ft on the sixth floor of 45 Church Street, Birmingham. The office will serve as the base for Lockton’s Midlands operations, and staff who currently operate from Bank House will relocate to the new offices this summer.
Promotions and new appointments to office agency, building consultancy and accounts teams
GBR Phoenix Beard has further strengthened its Birmingham team with the promotion of Richard Fletcher-Brewer to an associate in its office agency team and the appointment of Andrew Christou as a building surveyor in its building consultancy division. In the accounts team, Esther Armstrong joins as a client accounts manager from CBRE, and Mary Richardson has been promoted to team leader of GBR Phoenix Beard’s accounts assistants.
