The directors of Jupiter Phase Three Management Company have appointed GBR Phoenix Beard Residential as property managers at the Sherborne Street development in Birmingham following a three-way beauty parade.   Jupiter Phase Three is one of five residential schemes which make up the ‘Jupiter’ apartments and was constructed in 2007 by Redrow.

GBR Phoenix Beard has completed lettings totalling over 116,520 sq ft on ten units at Solihull’s Monkspath Business Park. GBR Phoenix Beard are joint letting agents at Monskpath. The lettings have all been completed in the last quarter and leave just one vacant unit at the recently refurbished industrial site.
