Travelodge Upper Dean Street

Gallan Developments Limited are currently developing a 210 bed Travelodge hotel which is being forward funded by South Yorkshire Pension Authority.  The hotel is due for completion in 2011. Jeremy Maddocks of GBR Phoenix Beard is the monitoring surveyor on behalf of South Yorkshire and manages the project in both a commercial and practical manner. It is enlightening to work alongside of a monitoring surveyor who endorses this approach, which leads to a good working relationship between all parties concerned, the developer, the funder, the contractor and the tenant.
