Shopping Centres and Retail Parks form an important part of the portfolios of many of our institutional investors and, to support these clients, GBR Phoenix Beard has developed a specialist shopping centre management team that manages a number of shopping centres, retail parks and leisure facilities across the UK.
The team has between them over 50 years retail management experience acting both for landlords and retailers. This is supplemented by a team of regional facilities managers who come from a retail centre background and who work on and at a number of different locations around the country.
