GBR Phoenix Beard tops the tables in the Estates Gazette 2011 league tables

GBR Phoenix Beard has beaten off competition from all of the national firms to not only complete the most number of disposals, but also to transact the most overall space for the period 01/10/2010 to 30/09/2011 in the Estates Gazette annual Birmingham office agency league table. The office agency team disposed of 236,648 sq ft over this period, accounted for by 36 deals, with the runner up disposing of 198,539 sq ft (26 deals). The firm knocked CBRE off the top spot, regaining the title it last held in 2009. Among GBR Phoenix Beard's headline deals this year is signing Network Rail to nearly 30,000 sq ft at Norfolk House.
