Our role: project management of a £7 million development including performing arts, teaching and catering facilities.

Stratford-upon-Avon College appointed GBR Phoenix Beard to project manage and act as Quantity Surveyors for a major building programme of approximately £7 million. This led to similar appointments in connection with a number of smaller projects.

Regardless of the size of the project, the team demonstrated a highly professional approach to the various projects and, in particular, have always taken the time to elicit that the client's instructions are clearly understood and interpreted correctly to ensure that the end project meets the College's requirements.
