GBR Phoenix Beard has advised Seven Capital on its acquisition of Auchinleck House, a landmark 87,000 sq ft office and retail block located at Birmingham’s Five Ways. Seven Capital intends to convert the vacant building into a 290-Bedroom hotel and conference facility. Seven Capital plans to invest around £60m into Auchinleck House and once operational the hotel, conference and retail facilities will have a projected value of £100m.
