East India Dock

East India Dock, in the heart of London’s Docklands, was purchased in 2006 by an investment vehicle run by Criterion Capital.  Comprising 600,000 sq ft of grade A office space, 'EID' is currently undergoing a rolling programme of improvements, including the UK's largest lift modernisation project comprising 35 lifts over a four year period. The London Borough of Tower Hamlets, SunGard, Pershing and Her Majesty's Employment Tribunal Service are all tenants at the development. GBR Phoenix Beard's role is as managing agents and building consultants at EID.

Management of the East India Dock has been critical to its success. We've worked with GBR Phoenix Beard's management team since we acquired the estate in 2006 and they've engaged with our tenants to ensure we are all working towards a shared goal to provide top quality space at a competitive price.
