Highways Agency had a requirement for 55,000 sqft of new BREEAM Excellent office space. In what represented the most significant deal in 2009, a rigorous selection process led to The Cube, Birmingham's most iconic mixed-use building, being selected. GBR Phoenix Beard negotiated the deal on behalf of the developer.
