Advised Birmingham City Council on behalf of the Arena Central Development Agreement with Arena Central Developments Ltd.

Birmingham City Council own the freehold interest in this significant Birmingham city centre site which was envisaged to be comprehensively developed. The City Council appointed GBR Phoenix Beard to re-gear the head lease interest with the developer to better enable comprehensive redevelopment to take place.
