Since the mid-1990's, Stephen has been involved in headline-making transactions involving both investment acquisitions and disposals on behalf of UK and overseas investors. He has also represented leading UK and regional development companies forward funding or pre-selling commercial property schemes.

Prior to establishing GBR with colleagues Simon Robinson and John Griffiths, Stephen was Managing Director of Insignia Richard Ellis in Birmingham.  He also headed up the Capital Markets and Investment divisions. Stephen is a founding member of the Midlands Investment Property Forum.
