Simon Farrant - Managing Director

Simon is Managing Director of GBR Phoenix Beard, with responsibility for both its London and Birmingham offices. He was instrumental in Phoenix Beard's merger with GBR in 2010.

Simon joined Phoenix Beard in 1987 and specialises in Landlord and Tenant and Valuation work. In 2002 he was elected inaugural Chairman of the West Midlands Regional Board of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). In 2005, Simon was invited to become an Independent Expert, and in 2007 an Arbitrator. He is now regularly appointed by the President of the RICS to determine property disputes.
