Catherine Gabriel

Director

Catherine heads up GBR Phoenix Beard's Asset Management services, responsible for the operational running of the team. The Asset Management team operates nationally with bases in Birmingham and London. Catherine joined the firm in 1996 and was made a director in 2002.

She has 18 years property management experience having previously worked for DTZ.

Catherine is client director for Threadneedle Property Investments Limited and Newbridge Capital LLP, and runs a variety of mixed portfolios comprising of offices, retail, business parks and industrial estates.
